摘　　要：采用浏览网站网页、分析比较及文献分析等方法,将定量和定性研究相结合,对我国118所公共图书馆和99家商业咨询服务公司的网站进行了调研。系统介绍了各自网上咨询服务的开展现状、网上咨询服务的方式,探讨其存在的问题与不足,并对我国公共图书馆开展网上咨询服务提出了相应的对策。By adopting the methods of browsing the websites,analyzing and comparing,literature analysis,combining qualitative with quantitative research,This paper surveys the websites of 118 public libraries and 99 commercial consultant companies, introduces the current situation of network consulting services carried out by them systematically.The author probes into the existing problems and weaknesses of them,and puts forward some countermeasures on the development of network consulting services in public libraries in China.
