企业动态联盟利益分配的机制与方法

摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上,对联盟的利益分配机制展开研究,旨在探索出能够防控联盟运作风险的公平合理的利益分配途径和方法.根据"责权利险对等"原则,确定了联盟利益分配的方式;按照"按参与要素分配"的思想,从资源投入、对联盟的贡献和承担的风险损失等三个方面,给出了联盟利益分配的原则和方法;不仅可以保证联盟利益分配的公平性,也可以防止联盟中机会主义和"搭便车"等运作风险,保障联盟正常有效运行,一定程度上弥补了以往企业动态联盟利益分配机制和方法研究的不足.Based on other earlier works, the distribution mechanism/method of interests of enterprises in a dynamic alliance is studied with the intention of seeking for the way to distribute the alliance interests fairly and rationally while the operation risks are controllable and preventable. According to the principle that all enterprises in an alliance shall have correspondingly the equal responsibility, right, interests and risk, the distribution mode of alliance interests is determined. In addition, distributing in accordance to the extent factors have been participated in is also considered to form the basic rule and method with respect to resources invested, contributions to the alliance and risks to be borne. In this way not only the alliance interests can be distributed fairly but such operation risks as acts of opportunism and ＂gain advantages via hitchhiking＂ can be prevented to a great extent so as to ensure the effective and normal operation of an alliance. The study on the distribution mechanism/method of interests among enterorises in dynamic alliance will thus advance further.
