摘 要:目的比较三种血清学方法对斯氏狸殖吸虫实验感染大鼠抗体检测的效果。方法采用斑点ELISA法(Dot-ELISA)、免疫酶染色试验(IEST)和后尾蚴膜试验检测斯氏肺吸虫病大鼠血清IgG抗体。结果三种方法的阳性率分别为97.7%,、97.5%和95.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用此三种血清学方法检测正常大鼠、旋毛虫病大鼠、血吸虫病兔和蛔虫病人血清IgG抗体,除1例蛔虫病人血清IEST出现阳性反应外均为阴性反应。结论三种方法对斯氏狸殖吸虫特异性IgG抗体的检测均有较好的敏感性和特异性。Objective To investigate the serum antibody in rats infected with Pagumogonimus skrjabini. Methods Pagumogonimus skrjabini antibodies in sera of infected rats were detected by Dot-ELISA, immunoenzymatic staining technique (IESW) and metacercaria membrane test. Results Pc,sitive detection rates of Dot-ELISA, lEST and metacercaria membrane test were 97.7 %, 97.5 % and 95.2 %, respectively(P 〉0.05). Detecting healthy rats, rats with trichiniasis, rabbits with schistosomiasis, and ascariasis patients with three serodiagnistic methods, only one was positive with lEST in the patients of ascariasis, and other sera were all negative. Conclusion The results show that these three methods have good sensitivity and specificity in detection of Pagumogonimus skrjabini antibodies.
