娱乐场所外展服务干预模式预防艾滋病效果研究

摘　　要：目的评估外展服务干预模式对娱乐场所服务小姐预防艾滋病的可行性、有效性。方法采取干预前后目标人群重复横断面问卷调查及项目检验形式,对干预前后目标人群安全套使用、高危行为知晓率及STD/HIV检出率进行比较,以具体化的指标对干预效果予以评价。结果干预前最近一次性服务安全套使用率为67.66%,干预后为91.57%;干预前安全套正确使用率87.06%,干预后为92.77%(P=0.0620);干预前安全套预防艾滋病知晓率85.07%,干预后为89.56%(P=0.1974);干预前380名小姐STD(衣原体、淋球菌、梅毒)检出率20.26%,干预后438名小姐STD检出率12.10%(P=0.0020);干预前HIV阳性检出3例,为0.79%,干预后HIV阳性检出2例,为0.46%(P=0.8733)。结论娱乐场所外展服务干预,可以提高安全套使用率,降低服务小姐STD/HIV感染,有推广应用的价值。Objective To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of intervention model at entinment places for prevetnion of AIDS. Methods Intervention measures were conducted with sex workers s target population at entertainment places and questionaire surveys of use of condoms, knowledge rate of high krisk behaviors and detection rate of STD/HIV were made before and after intervention. The results were assessed. Results The rates of use of condoms during the last sexual activity before and after intervention were 67.66% and 91.57% ; The rates of correct use of condoms before and after intervention were 87.06% and 92. 77% （ P = 0.0620） ; The knowledge rates of condom in prevention of AIDS before and after intervention were 85.07% nd 89.56% （P = 0. 1974）; the detection rates of STD （including Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis） before and after intervention were 20. 26% and 12.10% （ P = 0.0020） ; Three and two positives for HIVwere detected before and after intervention with the positive rates of 0.79 % and 0.46 % （P = 0. 8733）. Conclusion Intervention measures at entertainment places is effective for enhancing the use of condoms, reducing infection rates of STD/HIV, thus it is worthwhile to be popularized.
