2006～2007年深圳市南山区医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解南山区各医疗机构消毒效果，为防止医源性感染、提高医疗质量管理水平提供科学依据。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB15982—1995（（医院消毒卫生标准》和卫生部《消毒技术规范》，对使用中消毒液、室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯强度、一次性无菌医疗用品、无菌器械浸泡液的消毒效果进行采样监测。结果共监测各类医疗机构187家，监测样品4214份，合格3960份，总合格率为93．97％。2006～2007年度消毒监测合格率分别为93.23％、95．12％，呈逐年上升趋势（P〈0．05）。医院、社区健康服务中心（站）与个体诊所监测合格率分别为：96.01％、94．51％、89．84％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。各监测项目中紫外线灯强度合格率最高，为100％；医护人员手合格率最低，为87．93％。结论南山区各医疗机构消毒质量在逐年提高，但仍需加强消毒工作，特别是个体诊所的消毒监督与管理，进一步提高消毒质量，减少医源性感染的发生。Objective To understand stares of disinfection in medical bodies in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City. Methods The smples were collected from the medical bodies and condition of disinfection was surveyed based on the regulations concerned, including national standard of GB15982- 1995 《 Hygeian Standard For Hospital Disinfection》 and Hygelan department standard 《Technical Standard For Disinfection》. Results Totally 4 214 samples from 187 medical bodies were inspected, and 3 960 samples were qualifies with a eligible rate od 93.97 % . The qualification rates of disinfection in 2006 and 2007 were 93.23 % and 95. 12% . The qualification rate was significantly enhanced （P 〈 0.05）. The iualificatin rates in hospital, community healthy service center and individual medical clinics were 96.01% .94.51%. 89.84%, showing significant differences among the three medical bodies （P 〈 0.01）. The intensity of ultraviolet radiation had the higest eligible rate （100%）, while that of the hands of medical workers was the lowest （87.93 % ） Conclusion The ualification rate in medical bodies of NanShan District is enhanced year by year. But monitoring management of individual clinics be strengthened to enhance the quality of disinfection and reduce hospital infection.
