摘　　要：目的探讨囊性脑膜瘤的MR影像特点,以提高诊断正确率。方法17例经手术病理证实的囊性脑膜瘤,分析其MR影像资料,依照Nauta分型进行分析。结果多数囊性脑膜瘤具有与典型脑膜瘤相似的MR影像表现,本组17例中,Nauta1型3例,Nauta2型2例,Nauta3型3例,Nauta4型2例,同时有Nauta1型和2型3例,同时有Nauta1型、2型和3型1例,同时有Nauta1型和4型2例,同时有Nauta2型和3型1例。结论囊性脑膜瘤具有较特殊的MR影像表现,特别是增强扫描,对囊性脑膜瘤的诊断和分型很有价值。Objective To investigate the MRI features of cystic meningioma so as to avoid the misdiagnosis. Methods MRI features in 17 cases with cystic meningiomas, pathologically proved, were analyzed according to Nauta. Results Most cystic meningiomas had similar MR] features to typical meningioma.Of 17 cases, 3 cases were Nautal, 2 cases Nauta 2, 3 cases Nauta 3, and 2 cases were Nauta4. At the same time, there were Nauta 1 and Nauta 2 in 3 cases, Nautal, 2 and 3 in 1 case, Nautal and 4 in 2 cases, Nauta 2 and 3 in 1 case. Conclusion （MRI）cystic meningioma has special MRI features, and is especially valuable in the diagnosis and classsification with enhanced scan.
