摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱转移瘤在低场MRI的表现,诊断和鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析53例脊柱转移瘤的MRI表现,结合文献进行讨论。结果53例中,共累及152节椎体。50例多椎体受累。112节椎体和附件同时受累。124节椎体前后缘隆突。35节椎体压缩性骨折。115节附件破坏中,80节附件外形粗大。53例中,40例可见跳跃征。结论脊柱转移瘤有特征性的MRI表现,结合临床资料可以和其它疾病鉴别。Objective To investigate low field MRI features of vertebral metastasis, diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods The MRI findings of 53 cases with the vertebral metastasis were analysed with the literature review. Results Of 53 cases, 50 were multivertebral and a total of 152 vertebrae were involved; l 12 vertebrae, vertebral body and appendage were involved simultaneously. The anterior and posterior vertebrae margins of 124 vertebrae were prominent. Compression fracture was found in 35 vertebrae. Of 115 vertebrae with damaged appendage, the shape of 80 became enlarged., jumping signs were seen in 40 of 53 cases. Conclusion Vertebral metastasis has characteristic MRI manifestations, which may be distingnishde from other diseases in combination with clinical data.
