摘　　要：本文认为普通高校业余篮球队的建设应从业余篮球队的组建、业余篮球队的训练和业余篮球队的管理等几个方面进行。通过具体的分析讨论为高校业余篮球队的建设提供现实依据。The author thinks that the construction of the amateur basketball team in university should be carried on from the following aspects ： the form of the amateur basketball team, the training of the amateur basketball team and the management of the amateur basketball team. It provides the construction of the amateur basketball team with realistic basis through the analysis.
