摘　　要：本文首先简要阐述了心脑血管疾病的概况,然后诠释了心脑血管疾病的病因及体育康复机理,最后阐述了预防和康复心脑血管疾病的重要意义。This paper firstly made a brief and general introduction to cardiovascular disease, explained the cause of cardiovascular disease and physical recovery mechanism and finally expounded the importance of the prevention and recovery to cardiovascular disease.
