摘　　要：从分析体育经纪人的概念出发,引出我国体育经纪人的风险,包括:体育经纪人产业市场严重缺乏游戏规则,商业操作中掺杂着大量非商业因素等。这些为经纪人的纯粹商业作为带来了约束与波动,从而为体育经纪人的从业埋伏了风险。From the concept of sport agent, this paper mainly analyzed the risk of sports Agent in China including lacking the rule of game and business deeds and existing a lot of non - commercial factors. These factors bring instability and risk for sport agent.
