针织牛仔面料的尺寸稳定性测试分析

摘　　要：测试了在模拟穿着洗涤条件下,4种典型针织牛仔面料的横纵向密度及水洗缩率变化。结果表明,织物的用纱比、密度、组织对其尺寸稳定性影响较显著,织物横纵向密度变化及水洗缩率变化范围的测定,对针织牛仔面料的后续加工及成衣化都有很重要的指导意义。Four kinds of typical knitting Jeans fabrics were tested through several laundering cycles followed by tumble drying. Changes of these fabrics in the widthwise and lengthwise were measured after each process and cycle. The results indicated that yarn types and rate, fabrics tightness, various combinations had a relatively more significant contribution to fabrics shrinkage. The research is more important for guiding the following production process of fabrics and ready-made garments.
