小切口动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口动力髋螺钉﹙DHS﹚治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的手术疗效。方法32例老年股骨转子间骨折的患者均应用小切口动力髋螺钉内固定,手术切口5～7㎝,平均6.3㎝;手术时间50～80min,平均55min;出血量100～280ml,平均135ml。结果术后随访6个月～4年,平均13个月。骨折愈合时间为3～9个月,平均时间为3.5个月;髋关节功能按高堂成疗效标准进行评定,优11例,良19例,可2例,优良率93.75%。结论小切口动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折创伤小,固定可靠,骨折愈合快,关节功能恢复满意,是老年股骨转子间骨折较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To investigate thel treatment of. treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile with dynamic hip screw using minimal invasive surgery Methods 32cases with intertrochanteric fracture of femur in senile were performed with dynamic hip screw using minimal invasive surgery. The mean incised length is 6.3 cm, range from 5 - 7 cm; surgical time 55min, range from 50 - 80min; blood loss 135ml, range from 100 - 280ml. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months - 5 years, 13 months on average.It was from 3 to 9 months with a mean time of 3.5 months for all cases of fracture to unite.Joint function recovered to well.The rate that recovering to superior was93.75 %. Conclusions Minimal invasive surgery with dynamic hip screw in treatment of intertroehanteric fracture of femur in senile is effective.
