摘  要:目的研究金莲花中的生物碱类物质.方法水溶法提取,部分粗提液用活性炭去除色素,固相萃取,液相色谱分析数据.结果金莲花中含有四种生物碱组分,用甲醇作流动相在液相中的保留时间相差很小.结论用活性炭去除色素会降低组分的含量.活性炭在吸附色素的同时吸附生物碱类物质.Objective To study the alkaloid of trallius. Methods Using water to dissolves in order to pick-up, one part of coarse liquid was deprived pigment by active carbon. Solid-phase extraction was applied to separate the extracting liquid. High performance liquid chromatography was used to test the purity. Results There were four alkaloids in trallius and slight difference in retention time using methanol as mobile phase. Conclusion Using active carbon to deprive pigment will lower the alkaloid content. And active carbon can adsorb both pigment and alkaloid.
