复方蒲公英注射液对奶牛乳房炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的验证"复方蒲公英注射液"对奶牛乳房炎的疗效;方法采用青、链霉素作为对照药,以"复方蒲公英注射液"为治疗组,肌肉注射,在宣化县某个体奶牛场试用,治疗组共治疗临床型乳房炎病牛30头次,74个乳区.青、链霉素对照组共治疗临床乳房炎病牛25头次,45个乳区;结果治疗组治愈率为83.9%,总有效率98.6%,对照组治愈率为46.7%,总有效率84.4%.结论结果表明,用复方蒲公英注射液治疗奶牛乳房炎安全、高效.Objective The curative effect of masititis is verified in the test by using ＂combination injection of dandelion＂; Methods ＂Combination injection of dandelion＂ was extracted from herbal effective parts, The preparation was used by intravenous injection to treat cow mastitis. And penicillin and streptomycin were used as controls; Results The cure rate was 83.9%, and the efficient rate was 98. 6% in experimental group. In contrast, the cure rate was 46.7%, and the efficient rate was 84.4% in control group; Conclusion ＂Combination injection of dandelion＂ can be used to treat dairy cow mastitis safely and efficiently.
