摘　　要：紧急救助员是专业应急救援队伍的补充,是事故应急救援的社会基石,提高这些兼职应急人员的基本应急能力和素质,对紧急救援工作具有十分重要的意义和作用。本文根据国家标准中要求的紧急救助员的职责,详细介绍了紧急救助员应具备的心理、身体、职业道德和专业素质等方面的基本要求,概括了紧急救助员应具备的基本应急能力,并有针对性地提出了培养紧急救助员基本素质和能力的四项主要措施。The emergency assistant is an important supplement to professional rescue team, and also the social foundation of emergency rescue system. Raising the emergency assistant＇ s basic ability and character to meet an emergency have very important meaning and the function to the emergency rescue work. According to job of the emergency assistant that requested in the national standard this paper introduced in detail that the emergency assistant should have the basic request of the mental state, body, the occupation morals and professional character etc., and generalized the emergency assistant should have some basic ability to meet an emergency. It also put forward four main measures that festering their basic character and ability.
