摘　　要：目的介绍一种治疗小阴唇肥大的手术方法。方法在每侧小阴唇的内侧面各标记出两条90°"Z"切口设计线;设计线起自小阴唇中1/3游离缘,汇聚于小阴唇基底;通过两条线之间的角度来确定切除组织的多少。全层切除设计线之间的小阴唇组织后,两侧创缘对位缝合。结果本组患者18例(35侧),术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生。所有患者无阴道外口瘢痕收缩狭窄,性交时无牵拉不适感,局部不适刺激感消失,小阴唇形态明显改善,外观自然,边缘颜色未发生改变,效果满意。结论本法可较好的保持小阴唇的正常形态和功能,设计操作简单,适合临床广泛开展。Objective To introduce an operative method for treating hypertrophy of the labia minora. Methods Two 90 - degree Z- plasties were carried out on the internal surfaces of both labia minora. These ＂Zs＂ converged from the free border of the central third of the labia toward the base of each labium, thus delimiting the wedge- shaped labial tissue to be removed. Complete transsection of the labial wedge located between these two 90 - degree Z -plasties was then undertaken. Finally, the borders of the resection were directly approximated by means of single sutures. Results 18 patients （total of 35 labia minora were operated） in this group were all cured primarily without abnormal sensation. In no patient was there scar retraction or pain, alteration of the free border of the labia, or sexual dysfunction caused by stretching at the perimeter of the vaginal introitus. All of the patients were fully satisfied with both the appearance of the external genitalia, with the genital cosmetic rejuvenation resulting from having smaller and finer labia minora. Conclusion This is a very simple and straightforward technique, without morpbologic alteration or functional change of the labia minora.
