宫腔镜在幼女和未婚女性妇科疾病诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨电子宫腔镜在幼女和未婚女性妇科疾病诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法2004年1月至2006年12月本科对32例反复阴道出血、影像学检查提示子宫内异常回声或生殖器畸形的幼女和未婚女性患者,通过宫腔镜检查,辅以相应的镇静和镇痛治疗,在无损阴道和处女膜的情况下,了解其阴道、宫颈及宫腔的病变情况,并给予相应治疗。结果32例患者均被成功确诊,并得到有效治疗。结论宫腔镜用于幼女和未婚女性的阴道、宫颈及宫腔的检查,具有明确的临床价值,是一种理想的诊治方法。Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in young girls and unmarried women. Methods 32 cases of young girls and unmarried women （January 2004 to December 2006） with abnormal vaginal bleeding or endometrial abnormality were examined and treated by hysteroscopy under analgesia in our hospital which aimed at examining the vagina, cervix uteri, uterine cavity without any injure to the vagina and hymen. Results 32 patients were all diagnosed and treated successfully. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method to diagnose and treat young girls and unmarried women.
