摘  要:针对抗高温高密度钻井液体系及应用工艺对超深井、深井成功钻探至关重要,国内外抗温200℃、密度达2.30g/cm3的水基钻井液体系的研究应用报道较少,且国外在此条件下多选择油基钻井液体系的问题。通过优选磺化类抗温处理剂、加入高温稳定剂等途径建立了抗温200℃、密度达2.30g/cm3的淡水钻井液体系和含氯化钾体系。该体系热稳定性优良,高温高压下流变性合理,具有一定抑制性。对深井、超深井钻井液的选择使用具有指导意义。High temperature and high density drilling fluid system and application technology is very important to successful drilling of deep and super-deep wells.Few literatures on water-based drilling fluid system that is anti-high temperature of 200 centigrade and density up to 2.30g/cm3 is reported.Under this condition,foreign companies usually choose oil-based drilling fluids.In system design,through choosing agents and adding high temperature stabilizer,water-based drilling fluid and KCl water-based drilling fluid which are anti-high temperature of 200 centigrade and density up to 2.30g/cm3 systems are set up.The systems have good high temperature stabilization,good rheology in HTHP and some inhibition.The systems are meaningful to the choose of drilling muds for deep and super-deep wells.
