摘　　要：介绍GB/Z20965-2007《控制网络HBES技术规范——住宅和楼宇控制系统》的标准化过程及其主要内容,并分析说明该标准对楼宇自动化产业各方面的影响及其未来发展方向。The paper introduces the standardization process and the main contents of＂Control Network HBES Technology Specification - Home and Building Control System＂, and illuminates the influence and future development of the standard on all aspect of building automation industry.
