完善我国夫妻约定财产制的思考

摘　　要：我国《婚姻法》关于夫妻约定财产制的规定主要集中在第19条,但只是有关约定财产制的内容规定。要使其成为一项制度,必须从约定条件、时间和要求、变更或撤销规定、效力等方面予以完善。In Marriage Law the regularizations of promissory spouse property system concentrated on article 19 are substantive ones only, to transform them into a system some constituents be improved including appointed prerequisite, time and demand, effect, the change and annulment of the regularization, etc.
