摘  要:介绍在ZBL2500型冷再生机大转臂系统设计中的两处优化设计结构方案:采用已获实用新型专利的一种沥青路面再生机铣刨转臂的同心转轴固定装置,使离合器可以从车架外部装配,对比常见的在机架内部装配转轴固定装置离合器,整机外观紧凑,便于装配操作,安装难度降低,此装置简单可靠,节约成本;采用已获实用新型专利的沥青路面冷再机铣刨转子减速机与转臂连接结构,装配同心轴减速机来达到要求的铣刨深度,对比传统连接结构和国外机型采用的偏心轴减速机结构,增加了铣刨转子的铣刨深度,而且结构简单,易于加工安装,成本低。Two optimized schemes of structures in the design of large arm-swing system on model ZBL2500 cold reclaimer are presented. One is a patented practical device with new type to fasten coaxial shaft fixture for slewing milling arm on an asphalt pavement reclaimer. With it, the clutch can be assembled outside the frame. Compared with conventional clutch assembled inside the frame, the patented fixture gives the basic machine more compactness, easier assembly operation and lower installation difficulty. The device is also simple, reliable and lower in cost. The other is a connecting structure between milling rotor gear box and slewing arm on an asphalt pavement reclaimer, which is also a patented practical structure equipped with a gear box of coaxial shaft to achieve the required milling depth. Compared with conventional connecting structure and eccentric shaft gear box on foreign machines, milling depth of the rotor is increased and it features simple structure, easier machining and installation, and lower cost.
