基于滑动平均的混凝土泵压力滤波方法研究

摘　　要：混凝土泵在泵送混凝土的过程中,主液压缸油压和主液压缸前腔油压呈周期变化。初始泵送阶段,主液压缸油压和主液压缸前腔油压从一个较低值很快上升到一个稳定值;稳定泵送阶段,主液压缸油压和主液压缸前腔油压基本保持在一个稳定值;泵送结束后,主液压缸前腔油压迅速降低,主液压缸油压有一个较大的值。由于泵送施工现场环境恶劣,测量得到的主液压系统压力信号会受到各种噪声污染,为了提高混凝土泵实时排量的计量精度,在对压力信号进行分析、处理前需进行预处理以确保其稳定、可靠。根据滑动平均滤波的基本原理,对采样序列中一点的值,用该点邻域中各点值的平均值来替代。基于虚拟仪器软件Labview研制混凝土泵主液压缸压力数据采集系统,对混凝土泵主液压缸压力进行数据采集,并对混凝土泵主液压缸压力测量信号进行滤波。滤波结果证明:滑动平均滤波可以有效去除混凝土泵主液压缸压力测量信号中噪声。During concrete pumping of a concrete pump, oil pressure in main hydraulic cylinder and oil pressure in front chamber of the cylinder change periodically. In the initial pumping stage, the pressures in main cylinder and its front chamber rise rapidly form a lower value to a stable value, and during stable pumping stage, both pressures maintain constant generally. After the pumping is finished, the oil pressure in front chamber of main hydraulic cylinder drops rapidly while the oil pressure in main hydraulic cylinder is of a relative high value. Due to the rigorous worksite environment of concrete pumping, pressure signals measured in main hydraulic system are influenced by various noise signals. In order to increase measurement accuracy of real time displacement of a concrete pump, pressure signals should be preprocessed to keep stable and reliable before analysis and process. According to the basic principle of moving-average filtering, one sample value in the sampling sequence is replaced by an average value of each sample in its neighboring area. A pressure data collecting system is developed based on virtual instrument software Labview to collect pressure data of main hydraulic cylinder of concreter pump and filter the measured signals. The filtering result shows that moving-average filtering can effectively remove the noises in measured signals of main hydraulic pump pressures of concreter pump.
