摘 要:为了解决在交通不便的地区使用的设备在故障诊断、维修、管理时的困难,提高设备安全,在工程机械上实现远程控制和定位很有必要。介绍了平地机远程控制和定位系统的总体构成与功能。借助于GPS卫星定位系统实现远程控制和数据通讯。着重介绍了用Siemens CPU224XP和三一自主研发的移动终端SYMT实现远程控制、定位的原理、方法。在远程控制和数据通讯中,软件设计包括数据传送的通讯协议、控制流程等。该系统结合网络通信、多传感器数据融合以及故障诊断等先进技术,对平地机的运行状态、所处位置进行监测分析、故障诊断、控制,便于及时发现和排除设备故障,控制中心可随时掌握和控制设备,从而保障用户和供应商的经济效益。In order to solve the difficulties on failure diagnosis, maintenance and management of construction machinery used in some inconvenient traffic areas and increase safety of the equipment, it is necessary to realize remote control and positioning for the machinery. An overall composition and functions of remote control and positioning system of graders are described. Remote control and data communication are realized in virtue of GPS. A method, adopting Siemens CPU224XP and portable terminal SYMT independently developed by SANY, and its principle to realize remote control and positioning is expatiated. In remote control and data communication, the software design includes communication protocol for data transfer, control procedure and etc. Combining some advanced technologies such as network communication, multi-sensor integration as well as failure diagnosis, the operation conditions and locations of graders are monitored, analyzed, diagnosed and controlled with the system so equipment failures are easily found and remedied. The control center can master and control the equipment at any time so economical benefits for both customers and suppliers can be assured.
