摘  要:目的探讨不同液体复苏对失血性休克大鼠肠黏膜屏障功能的保护作用。方法50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(Sham组)、复方氯化钠溶液组(RS组)、6%中分子羟乙基淀粉组(HES组),RS组和FIES组制备失血性休克模型,分别在复苏后1h和24h,检测各组动物细菌移位、肠组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及髓过氧化酶(MPO)活性的变化,并行Chiu氏评分。结果Sham组未检测出细菌和TNF-α表达。与RS1h组比较,H-IES1h组移位的细菌数量、TNF-α表达和MPO活性明显较多;与RS24h组比较,HES24h组移位的细菌数量和TNF-α表达明显降低,MPO活性恢复至Sham组水平。结论与RS比较,HES较好的保护肠黏膜屏障功能。Objective ToObject To investigate the effects of two fluids resuscitation on the intestinal macosa barrier function in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Method Fifty SD male rat were randomly divided into the Sham group (Sham group), the ringer's solution group (RS group), 6%hydroxyethyl saline group (HES group). A model of rats with hemorrhagic shocks established in RS group and HES group. The bacterial translocation of liver, the content oftumar necrosis-α (TNF-α), the myeloperoxidase enzyme (MPO) activity and the Chiu' s scores of the small intestine were respectively detected at 1 h and 24 h after fluid resuscitation. Results The bacterial translocation and the expression of TNF-α in the small intestine were not exist in Sham group. Compared to RS 1 h group, the number of translocation bacterial and TNF-α and MPO activity were significantly increased in RS 24 h group. Compared to RS 24 h group, the number of translocation bacterial and TNF-a were significantly decreased and the MPO activity returned to the level of Sham group in HES 24 h group. Conclusions Compared to the Ringer's solution, 6% hydroxyethyl salinecould be better improver the intestinal macosa barrier function comparatively.
