以知识为载体的企业间合作创新风险传导及其防控

摘　　要：在界定风险传导、知识转移和合作创新概念的基础上,构建了以知识为载体的企业间合作创新的风险传导概念模型和数理分析模型,归纳了风险传导的规律,并提出要通过预防控制和过程控制两方面加强对风险传导的管理,降低风险传导产生的负面影响。预防控制措施包括提高企业对风险传导的认识、提高企业抗风险能力、建立风险预警制度等;过程控制措施则包括阻断风险的传导路径、对风险的相互作用进行监控和降低风险在企业间的传导速度。On the basis of defining the basic conccptions of risk conduction, knowledg transfer and cooperative innovation. the paper structures the conccptual model and mathematics model of risk conduction in the co - enterprise cooperative innovation taking the knowledge as the Carrier,and sums up the conduction laws of risk conduction. And then, the paper proposes that it is necessary to strengthen risk management through pre - control and process - control, which will reduce the negative influence of risk conduction. The pre- control measures includes improving the cognition to risk conduction, improving the capability of anti - risk and building the risk early - warning system： and the process - control measurcs includes interdicting the risk conduction path,supervising the reciprocity of different risks and decreasing the risk conduction speed between enterprises.
