摘　　要：利用软系统建模思想,研究给出了主体对集成风险管理的感知,界定了相关系统的根定义与概念模型雏形;在权衡"期望与变化"、"相关系统与情景感知"的基础上,研究建立了一种具有普适性的集成风险管理概念模型,强调目标、组织、方法、信息及文化的集成性。It＇s indicated the perception of integrated risk management（IRM） by mcdeling thoughts of soft system. Correlative system and base definition is given as well. Based on compares of expectation and changes, correlative system and scene perception,it＇s formed a general conceptual model of IRM,which emphasizes integration of target,organization, method, information and culture.
