高效重介质旋流器脱硫选煤新工艺

摘　　要：在对高硫难选煤的洗选、脱硫工艺及设备现状分析的基础上，对单一低密度、双段介质密度自动测控选三种产品的重介质旋流器（包括煤泥重介质旋流器）选高硫难选煤新工艺及其在南桐煤矿选煤厂工业性生产应用的效果，以及该新工艺在高硫煤矿区及难选煤选煤厂改造的推广及应用前景进行了综合论述。Based on the analysis of current status of cleaning processes and equipment of pyrite reduction for high-sulphur difficult-to-wash coal ,that general view was given in this paper for following aspects. The new process for cleaning high-sulphur difficult-to-wash coal by three-proudest dense medium cyclone (including fine coal dense medium cyclone) with single low medium density performing two stage separation and monitored and controlled automatically; its commercial production results is reached in Nantong coal preparation plant ,Nantong coal Mining administration. And its prospects of extended application in china's high- sulfur coal mining areas and modification of coal washers cleaning difficult-to wash coal is also discussed.
