活性炭精脱硫剂的开发及应用

摘　　要：介绍了活性炭精脱硫剂的开发、性能及工业应用情况。结果表明：Ｔ１０１、Ｔ１０２、Ｔ１０３系列活性炭精脱硫剂，由于添加了催化Ｈ２Ｓ及ＣＯＳ反应的特种活性物质，与普通活性炭相比具有脱硫精度高，反应速度快，硫容量大，可脱部分有机硫等特点；ＥＺＸ精脱硫剂解决了常温含饱和水蒸汽的气体中ＣＯＳ脱除和常温ＣＳ２脱除两大国际难题；根据Ｈ２Ｓ、ＣＯＳ、ＣＳ２含量的多少，Ｔ１０１、Ｔ１０２、Ｔ１０３系列活性炭可单独使用，也可与常温ＣＯＳ水解催化剂或ＥＺＸ多功能精脱硫剂配合使用，总硫可脱至小于０１×１０－６。The status of development ,characters and industrial application of fine desulfurization activated carbon catalysis are introduced in this paper As compared with the popular activated carbon, the T101,T102,T103 series fine desulfurization activated carbon catalysis possess high sulfur removal capacity ,rapid reaction velocity ,large sulfur capacity,part organic sulfur compounds can also removal,due to a special activity matter is added for removal H2S and COS reaction  the EZX fine desulfurization catalysis can remove COS at ambient temperature and saturation steam conditions ,and CS2 at ambient temperature  Depend upon the content of H2S , COS and CS2 , T101, T102 and T103 can be used alone , also can be used mix with EZX multifunction desulfurization catalysis , the total sulfur removal precision reached below 01×10-6 Up to now , about 100 enterprises have used the fine desulfurization activated carbon catalysis 
