摘　　要：主要从前期准备、下料、组对、焊接、防腐等几个方面详细阐述了大型钢结构箱形井架的制作工艺及质量控制措施,该工艺既保证了井架的整体拼接尺寸,同时又保证了井架的焊接质量及焊接变形,取得了一定经济效益。This article expounds the making technology and the quality-control measures of a large box-type steel-structural headframe in the process of the earlier preparation, baiting, assembling, welding and anti-corrosion processing. This technology is able to make the whole assembling sizes, welding quality and welding deformation excellent, and better economic benefit can be expected.
