摘 要:针对目前煤矿现场对新建井架的起吊过程仅凭经验和简单计算指导施工的问题,以大型钢结构井架的起吊为例,对井架的起吊过程进行了系统地分析与计算。通过建立井架起吊过程的力学模型对起吊过程中钢丝绳的拉力进行力学分析与理论计算,同时运用数学软件对井架起吊过程进行仿真,将井架起吊过程中钢丝绳拉力值的变化以曲线的形式直观地表达出来,和理论计算结果进行对比。理论计算结果和仿真计算结果的一致性验证了力学模型的正确性,可以用来评判井架起吊施工方案的可行性、合理性与可靠性,对于指导煤矿现场井架起吊施工具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the problems, existing in the current colliery site, which construction of headframe is done only depending on experience or simple calculation, the systematic analysis and calculation is made by taking the lifting process of the large steel structure headframe as an example. The tension force in the steel rope is mechanically analyzed and theoretically calculated on the basis of built mechanical model of the lifting process. The hoisting process is simulated by mathematical software and is illustrated intuitionisticly with the form of curve that is compared with the results from theoretical calculation. The correctness of mechanical model is validated by the accordant results from the calculation and simulation. This model can be used to judge that if a lifting scheme of headframe is feasible, reasonable and reliable, which can provide guidance for the operation of lifting a headframe in colliery.
