摘　　要：利用X射线透视无损探伤技术,对胶带内部的钢丝进行检测,并做出相应的显示、报警信号输出,实现了钢芯胶带及接头的在线检测。该装置对胶带的更换、接头的再硫化更具有科学性和预见性,极大地降低了断带、接头断裂等事故的发生率。The paper introduces the application of X-raying transillumination type nondestructive inspection technique in the detection of defects of steel-rope inside the conveying belt, in which, the belt and its joints can be examined on line through display of the corresponding information and automatic output of alarm signal when needed. This apparatus makes the belt replaced and joint resulphurized more scientifically and fatidically, so that accidents of the belt and joint break can be greatly prevented.
