摘 要:利用控制结晶方法在连续搅拌反应器中制备了球形氢氧化镍,通过电子显微技术表征了球形氢氧化镍的内外结构并讨论了其生长过程机理和Ostwald熟化的作用。Ostwald熟化存在于球形氢氧化镍的生长过程中并在其微结构的形成过程中有重要作用。在生长过程中,氢氧化镍沉淀从松散聚集的纳米级不规则胶状体转变为由放射状排列的片状微晶组成的微米级紧密聚集球粒。反应器内部可分为成核区、生长区与熟化区等功能区。Ostwald熟化使氢氧化镍粒子团聚密实,形态转变为光滑球形,并使微晶重结晶长大。这一认识深化球形工业结晶研究,并对反应器设计有指导意义。The spherical Ni(OH)2 particles were synthesized by controlled crystallization method in a continuous stirring tank reactor, their outer and interiorstructures were characterized by electronic microscope technologies, and the crystallization growth mechanisms and the effects of Ostwald ripening during growth processes were discussed, it was supposed that there was Ostwald ripening course during the crystallization growth processes, which effected the formation of the microstructures for spherical Ni (OH)2 particles. The Ni (OH)2 precipitations changed from loosely aggregated nanoscale amorphous colloids to micron-meter close spheres which composed of radially arranged platelet-like crystallites during growth. The reactor can be divided into three scales according to their function: nucleation scale, growth scale and ripening scale. Ostwald ripening tightened the Ni(OH)2 aggregates, changed them to smooth spheres and made the crystallites grew up by recrystallization. This idea deepens the understanding of spherical industry crystallization and directs the reactor design.
