摘 要:锂离子蓄电池凭借其性能优点在各方面都得到了大量应用,但其在应用过程中的发热问题不仅影响锂离子蓄电池的性能,也产生安全隐患。因此提出用有限元软件ANSYS对Sony(US18650)型锂离子蓄电池进行温度场分析,并讨论了不同放电速率和对流换热系数对电池温度场的影响。结果表明,放电速率和对流换热系数对电池的温度场有着明显的影响。Li-ion battery is used in lots of fields because of its advantages, but its exothermic question is a problem that must be cared. It not only can influence the performance of Li-ion battery, but also can bring safety problems. The temperature field of Sony US18650 Li-ion battery was analyzed by using ANSYS, the factors affecting temperature field of Li-ion battery including discharge rate and convection coefficient were discussed. The result indicates discharge rate and convection coefficient influence the battery temperature obviously.
