摘　　要：媒介服务是奥运会组织管理的重要环节.是北京2008年奥运会成功举办的关键.体育信息主管作为媒介服务系统中的"活件"要素,能够有效化解"信息冗余"和"信息饥渴"。通过对体育信息主管的概念、职能的阐述,分析了在2008奥运会媒体服务系统中完善新闻发布制度。设置体育信息主管有一定的必要性。并就目前阶段存在的问题提出了对策建议。Media service is an important part of the Olympic Games＇ organization and is the key of the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, Sports information director, as the ＂living＂ element of the media service system, Can efficiently solve the problems of ＂information redundancy＂ and ＂information hunger＂. Through the explanations of the concept and functions of sports information director, the article analyzes the necessity of perfecting the news release system in the media service system of 2008 Olympic Games and appointing a sports information dixector.It also puts forward some suggestions on solving the existing problems.
