中美两国社会体育指导员管理体制之比较

摘　　要：通过对中美两国社会体育指导员的管理机构、培养类别和培训内容等几个方面进行比较,找出差异,研究我国社会体育指导员的整体现状.并分析得出以下几点启示:一是强化政府宏观管理职能,完善社会体育指导员管理制度;二是多样化体育指导员类别.强调培训内容的针对性;三是加强行政立法,促使社会体育指导员职业化;四是走"竞教结合"培养之路.建立社会体育指导员培养体系。Through the comparison between the management organizations, training categories and training contents of social sports instructors in China and USA, the paper tries to find out the difference and see the status quo of the social sports instructors in China. The following measures should be taken： strengthening the government＇s macro-management functions and perfecting the management system of social sports instructors： diversifying the categories of the instructors and intensifying the practicality of the training contents; strengthening the administrative： legislation and quickening the professionalization of social sports instructors; following the road of combining competition with education and forming the system of bringing up social sports instructors.
