摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定滑膜炎胶囊中粉防已碱的含量的方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.3%二乙胺溶液(85:15);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长为280 nm。结果:在0.12～2.4μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简便,准确,可用于滑膜炎胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of tetrandrine in Huamoyan Capsules. Method： Zorbax SB ODS C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 ram, 5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 3% diethylamine solution（85： 15）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result： The linear range of tetrandrine was 0.12 - 2.4 μg （ r = 0.999 4 ）. The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD 1.8 % （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Huamoyan Capsules.
