摘　　要：目的:建立测定厄贝沙坦缓释片中厄贝沙坦的含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH至2.60)(45:55)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),245 nm波长处检测。结果:线性范围为12.4～185.4μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.5%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便、分析快速准确。Objective： To determine the content of irbesartan in sustained tablets by HPI,C. Method： The Diamonsil Cis column （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile -0.02 mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （adjusted to pH 2.6 with phosphoric acid） （45：55）as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 245 nm. Result： The linear range of irbesartan was 12.4 - 185.4 μg· ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery was 100.1% with RSD 0. 5 % （ n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
