高效液相色谱法测定排石Ⅰ号颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立排石Ⅰ号颗粒剂中绿原酸的高效液相含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(11:89),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为326 nm,柱温为室温。结果:绿原酸进样量在0.2064～2.064μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.92%,RSD=1.50%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于排石Ⅰ号颗粒剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of Chlorogenic acid in Paishi I Granule. Method： Zorbax C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.5% phosphonic acid solution （11：89） ,the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^- 1, the detection wave length was at 326 nm, the column temperature was room temperature. Result： The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0. 2064 μg - 2.064μg （ r = 0,999 8 ） and the average recovery of Chlorogenic acid was 99.92% （ RSD = 1.50% , n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control fo Paishi I granule.
