摘　　要：基本阶，无穷零点是Morgan问题中最重要的概念，本文讨论它们和绝对能控能观子系统的关系。The essential orders ane infinite zeros are the most in portant concept in Morgan'sproblem. Here the relation of them to the absolutely controllable-observable system is cliscussed.
