摘  要:Seventeen compounds were isolated from aerial part of Bupleurum marginatum Wall. ex DC. by column chromatography method, and thirteen compounds were identified by means of physical and spectral data. These compounds were quercetin (Ⅰ), stigmasta-7, 25-dien-3-ol (Ⅱ), 7-stigmasten-3β-ol (Ⅲ), cholest-7-en-3β-ol (Ⅳ), α-spinasterol (Ⅴ), octacosanoic acid (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), daucosterol (Ⅷ), isorhamnetin (Ⅸ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅹ), rutin (Ⅺ), saikochromone A (Ⅻ) and adonitol (). Compound Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and  were firstly isolated from this species.Seventeen compounds were isolated from aerial part of Bupleurum marginatum Wall. ex DC. by column chromatography method, and thirteen compounds were identified by means of physical and spectral data. Compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ , Ⅵ, Ⅸ, and XIII were firstly isolated from this species.
