摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,各种不同形式的过度包装行为竞相出现。消费习惯、奢侈消费和相关法律、法规不健全等因素成为过度包装的直接诱因。解决过度包装的最好办法是发展绿色包装以及建立完善的限制过度包装的法律体系。Along with the development of market economy,various kinds of over-packing have appeared which are tremendously dangerous to the society.Factors such as consumption habits,luxurious consumption and the incompleteness of relevant rules and regulations become direct in- ducements causing over-packaging.The best way to solve such a prob- lem is to both develop green packaging industry and establish a complete legal system which can restrain over-packaging.
