肥胖者网膜脂肪组织中脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子α mRNA表达及其与胰岛素抵抗相关性的研究

摘　　要：19例肥胖者和24例非肥胖者的网膜脂肪研究显示,肥胖者脂联素(APN)基因表达降低,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)基因表达增加,两者表达呈负相关。肥胖、胰岛素抵抗为网膜脂肪APN、TNF-α基因表达的独立影响因素。The study of omental adipose tissue of patients with obesity （n= 19）and without obesity（n=24）showed that the expression of adiponectin （APN） gene was significantly lower in obesity subjects than in non-obesity subjects and the expression of TNF-α gene was significantly higher in obesity than in non-obesity. There was negative correlation between the expressions of APN and TNF-α gene in obesity subjects. The obesity and insulin resistance were the independent influencing factors for the expressions of APN and TNF-α gene.
