腰2交感神经节阻滞治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变下肢顽固性疼痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：以腰2交感神经节阻滞治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变(PDN)下肢顽固性疼痛,治疗后与对照组相比,疼痛明显缓解,视觉模拟评分(VAS)显著下降,血浆β-内啡肽明显提高,除暂时性生殖股神经痛外,未见其他并发症发生。In 64 patients who had painful diabetic neuropathy（PDN） with refractory pain in both lower limbs, 32 were treated with blocking the second lumbar sympathetic ganglion,32 were treated with venla faxine as control group. The ganglian blocking significantly relieved the refractory pain of the patients,decreased VAS and raised the level of plasma β-EP. No other complications occurred except for temporary genitofemoral neuralgia.
