摘 要:引起地层压力异常的成因机理众多,单一预测方法不足以表现原始地层压力的真实情况。基于聚类分析理论,提出一种以邻井资料为基础的多井对比随钻修正的综合压力技术,将钻井过程分3个预测阶段,即钻前全井优选,随钻分段优选预测、实测修正,钻后完善。该技术合理地利用了邻井信息,提高了地层压力预测的精度,有效地避免单一预测方法的局限性。现场试验结果显示,地层压力的多井对比综合预测软件具有预测准确、使用方便等优点,可有效避免由于压力预测不利造成的井下事故。There are many mechanisms that may cause abnormal formation pressure.It is insufficient to manifest original formation pressure by unitary prediction method.Based on cluster analysis theory,a comprehensive method is proposed.It can make correction while drilling through multiwell correlation based on the data of neighboring wells.Drilling process is divided into 3 prediction stages,i.e.pre-drilling optimization,sectional optimization and correction while drilling,and post-drilling improvement.This technology makes efficient use of adjacent well data,improves the accuracy of formation pressure prediction, and eliminates the limitation of unitary prediction method.The result of field test shows that the software of comprehensive prediction of formation pressure by multiwell correlation has advantages of accurate prediction and easy operation,and can effectively avoid downhole accident due to mal-prediction of pressure.
