不同糖耐量人群血管内皮功能及可溶性选择素P的变化

摘　　要：对33例NGT、30例IGT和30例T2DM应用超声测量其肱动脉内径(DBA),计算收缩期血压由200mmHg降为0时DBA增大所代表的内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(EDF);测定可溶性选择素P和其他指标。结果显示:(1)EDF值,T2DM组低于IGT和NGT组,IGT组低于NGT组,差异有统计学意义。(2)IGT与T2DM组均显示:EDF值与HOMA-IR及可溶性选择素P呈显著负相关。The study of subjects with NGT（n=33） ,IGT（n-30）and T2DM（n-30） was completed by ultrasound-measuring the inner diameter of branchial artery （D-BA） and calculating the D-BA augment change as endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function（EDF, %） after SBP 200 mmHg to zero of rapid decompression,and by assaying sP-selectin and other parameters. The results showed that （1）EDF was lower in DM vs IGT vs NGT（7.6±3.3 vs 10.5±45 vs 13.1±4.9% separately,P〈 0. 05）,and lower in IGT vs NGT（P〈0. 05）;（2）EDF was negatively related with HOMA-IR and sP- selectin （r=-0.57,-0.45,all P〈0.01） in IGT and T2DM.
