摘　　要：报道了用单宁＿硅酸钠＿动物胶沉淀分离多金属结核中的Ｍｎ、Ｃｏ、Ｆｅ、Ｓｉ等干扰组分，然后用５＿Ｂｒ＿ＰＡＤＡＰ分光光度法在水相中测定Ｎｂ；讨论和解决了Ｎｂ的结果偏低问题。方法应用于新研制的大洋多金属结核ＧＳＰＮ＿２和ＧＳＰＮ＿３中Ｎｂ的定值测定，结果与初定值相符，其ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝７）分别为２０１％和３２２％。Determination of Nb in polymetallic nodules by 5_Br_PADAP spectrophotometry is reported in this paper. The interference components of Fe, Mn and Si in the samples are separated by precipitation with tannin_sodium silica_animal gel. The factors which lead to lower results are discussed. The method has been applied to the determination of Nb in polymetallic nodules of GSPN_2 and GSPN_3. The results of Nb are in good agreement with certified values with precision of 2.01% RSD n =7 and 3.22% RSD n =7 respectively for the two samples.
