摘  要:介绍以粉煤灰为主要原料,加入工业石灰或石灰石,采用消化方法制备了高活性吸收剂,并加入添加剂使之成为"富氧型"吸收剂。利用固定床实验装置,筛选出具有良好脱硫脱硝性能的以亚氯酸钠为添加剂的"富氧型"吸收剂。通过正交实验,确定了各影响因素。在管道喷射装置上,利用筛选出的吸收剂进行了同时脱硫脱硝实验,研究了温度、Ca/(S+N)、湿度、添加剂用量等因素对脱硫脱硝效率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。在此条件下,利用烟气循环流化床(CFB)进行了同时脱硫脱硝实验,脱硫和脱硝效率分别达到93.7%和65.5%。Oxygen-rich highly active absorbents were prepared from fly ash, lime and a few oxidizing additive. One of such absorbents adding with NaClO2 of favorable property for desulphurization and denitrification was screened out by the fixed bed. The influencing factors contributing to the removal efficiency for SO2 and NOx were determined by orthogonal experiments. The experiments of simultaneous desulphurization and denitrification were carried out on a test bed of pipeline spraying. The effects of reaction temperature, humidity, additive quantity and Ca/(S+N ) on removal efficiency were studied and the optimal experimental conditions were determined. Based on the CFB experiments, the removal efficiencies for SO2 and NOx scored 93.7% and 65.5% respectively.
