摘 要:确定了涡旋齿齿根疲劳强度计算准则,对π展角区域内压作用下的涡旋齿齿根进行有限元模拟并拟合得到齿根等效应力的简化计算公式。考虑涡旋齿齿根综合应力集中,计算了涡旋齿齿根弯曲疲劳强度计算安全系数和最小计算安全系数,分析了涡旋齿齿根疲劳强度。计算实例表明了齿根应力的简化计算结果与有限元模拟结果吻合较好。研究结果表明,要提高涡旋齿齿根疲劳强度,需要合理匹配涡旋齿的基本参数和涡旋齿的材料,涡旋齿的有效圈数也不能过多。The fatigue strength criterion for the root of scroll wrap was ascertained, the simplified formula of Von mises stress of root of scroll wrap acted π-region inner pressure were obtained by fiting the simulated results using finite element method. Considering stress concentration on root of scroll wrap, the safety factor and the minimum calculation safety factor were calculated and the fatigue strength on root of scroll wrap was analysed. All of the calculated examples prove that the calculated results are well agree with the simulated results using finite element method. The study shows that reasonable combination of basic parameter and material is essential to improve the fatigue strength of root scroll wrap and the equivalent loops of the scroll wrap also will be not too much.
