摘 要:阐述了基于内部信息差的自演进系统的特点和利用自演进技术改善制造装备和工艺技术的可能性。论述了两种具有固有自组织机制的自演进系统,包括车间设备状态模型自演进系统和平面加工自演进系统。阐述了一种具有嵌入自组织机制的自演进系统,即龙门铣床横梁重力变位补偿自演进系统。指出遗传算法是实现嵌入自组织机制的有效算法,必要时也可以采用穷举或实时试探算法实现嵌入自组织机制。The characteristics of self-evolutionary systems based on the internal difference of information and possibilities for improving manufacturing equipment and technology with self- evolutionary technology were explained briefly. Two kinds of self-evolutionary system with inherent self-organization mechanism were explained including a self- evolutionary system for shop equipment state model and a plane machining self-evolutionary system. A self-evolutionary system with embedded self-organization mechanism was explained, which was a gravitational deformation compensation self-evolutionary system for large gantry milling machine tools. It is pointed out that genetic algorithm is effective for realizing the embedded self-organization mechanism, and real time step by step or trial and error methods may also be adopted for realizing the embedded self- organization mechanism if necessary.
