血小板减少症患者血清IL-11水平检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨各种类型血小板减少症患者血清白细胞介素-11(IL-11)水平以及它们与外周血小板计数(PLT)之间的关系。方法:应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定110例不同病因血小板减少症患者血清IL-11水平,同时用自动血细胞仪测定其PLT,以20例健康人为正常对照。结果:原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血清IL-11水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);继发性血小板减少症患者血清IL-11水平比对照组稍高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);再生障碍性贫血患者的IL-11水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析表明ITP患者血清IL-11水平与血小板计数呈负相关(r=-0.559,P<0.01)。继发性血小板减少症患者血清IL-11水平与血小板计数相关性不明显(r=0.432,P>0.05)。结论:①检测血小板减少症患者血清IL-11水平可能有助于区分不同原因所致的血小板减少症;②IL-11与血小板可能存在负反馈调节作用。本实验的结果为进一步探讨血小板减少症IL-11的调控机制,为临床诊断、治疗血小板减少症提供新的理论依据。Objective： To investigate levels of endogenous interlukin-11 （IL-11） and the relationship of IL-11 and peripheral blood platelet counts in patients with thrombcytopenia. Method： Levels of endogenous IL-11 and latelet counts were detecte-d in 110 patients with thrombocytopenia and 20 healthy volunteers（normal controls） by using a sandwich- ELISA procedure and automatic hemocytoanalyser. Result： The endogenous IL-11 levels in patients with idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura（ITP） were significantly increased in these patients than control （ P 〈0.05） ; The endogenous IL-11 levels in second thrombocytopenia（ST） were slightly higher than normal （ P 〉0.05） （except aplastic anemia ）; The endogenous IL-11 levels in patients with aplastic anemia were lower than normal（ P 〈0. 05）. there was a inverse correlation between endogenous levels of IL-11 and the blood platelet counts in ITP（ r = -0. 559, P = 0. 001 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Measurement of serum IL-11 levels has a certain diagnostic value in thrornbocytopenia. Serum IL-11 levels may be regulated by a negative feedback loop based on circulating PLT counts. The result will provide an important consultation in the study of the regulation of IL-11 in thrombocytopenia and a theoretical basis for the selection of medicine to treat thrombocytopenia.
